Methods, provenance, and interpretation
Analysis-compatible within-target z-score of the half-minimum-imputed log2(area + 1) matrix, fitted across primary-analysis profiles with population standard deviation (ddof=0). Fitted on 77 primary-analysis profiles; observed zeroes remain zero and imputed cells are identified in the inspector and download.
Zimmer full 119-target export · All targets in the current reviewed quantitative export; inclusion is not evidence of biological relevance or confirmed chemical identity.
Only biological and reference profiles are displayed. Blank and control profiles remain in the evidence database but are excluded from the heatmap, its filters, API response, and CSV download.
